Preparing and processing financial documents such as bills, receipts, and invoices.
Updating and maintaining the database, financial records, and filing systems.
Tracking and monitoring financial transactions.
Updating and maintaining Account Receivable & Account Payable.
Handling bank administrative matters.
Listing taxation and handling the tax invoice.
Compiling financial spreadsheets, reports, statements, and other documents, as needed.
Assisting with finance administrative tasks such as filling out forms, filing, and answering phone calls and emails.
Kualifikasi:
Pendidikan
Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or similar.
Pengalaman Kerja
A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a financial clerk or finance accounting staff.
Bahasa
Fluent in English.
Keterampilan
Proficiency in MS Office. Have experience with accounting software such as accurate, Xero, or Netsuite is preferred.
Excellent financial and mathematical skills.
Good understanding of financial and bookkeeping processes and practices.
